As I got older, I’ve learned to stop covering my whole face in foundations, and start to embrace the little imperfections, with the help of some concealers of course 🙂 Let’s unpack 3 of my favorites now.
Best for under-eyes & around-the-noses: By Terry Terribly Densities Concealer
It’s the same formula as the foundation that I’ve been wearing almost everyday and raved about constantly for the past year. The formula is hydrating, silky and sheer, not even a whisper of creases. Easy to apply with the wand to under-eye darkness & around-the-noses redness. Perfect for fall/winter, need some setting powder in Summer.
Best for blemishes & hyperpigmentation: Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer
It covers well, looks natural and stays put (waterproof!), everything you should look for in a concealer for blemishes and dark spots. It also doesn’t exacerbate my acne.
Best for…almost everything: Marc Jacobs Re(marc)able Full Cover Concealer
Skin-like finish – creamy and blend like a dream. It also has a decent coverage, so you can use it how and where you see fit. Truly “re(marc)able “! Especially good for when you have dry skin and want to avoid the ” cakey effect “that usually comes with it.
